This class is great for beginners and intermediate students. Beginners may use blocks and straps to modify when necessary.

core strengthening hot yoga flow

Intelligent Vinyasa flow incorporating fun and challenging transitions that will have you tap into your core, using your ujayi breathing to delve deeper. Class has a strong focus on alignment, constantly testing the self as one moves and holds challenging asanas set to upbeat alternative tunes. Prepare to play with arm balances, getting upside down, twisting, detoxing - moving with your breadth in a hot room set at 95*. You will leave feeling energized, stronger and a whole lot centered. (asanas refer to yoga postures or positions.)

go with the flow

Follow the teacher through an intermediate level, heart opening flow class. More advanced postures may be offered, along with their modifications and variations for different levels. The teacher will be practicing with you, so you have the opportunity to see the poses as you're instructed. This class is a beautiful opportunity to be your own teacher. Beginners are welcome, although there is no personal instruction or adjustment in this practice. It is recommended to have a previous basic yoga practice before you Go with The Flow. Music varies for each class.

An energizing, dynamic, flowing style of yoga that will strengthen your body and create deeper flexibility. For people that like to move and sweat! Room temperature is 92 degrees. Classes are designed to accommodate all levels of students.

hot vinyasa intermediate – alignment based flow

In this yoga class, you can expect to be challenged, physically, mentally and spiritually. Beginning with a short centering, and then an alignment-based flow that deepens as it goes, leading to a pinnacle pose. Each pose builds on the previous poses. Class is planned for a safe yet dynamic practice. A new theme will be introduced each week. The theme is weaved into the flow to allow you to feel it in your body. Expect an eclectic mix of tunes for the class, ranging from top 40 to classic rock to reggae to yoga chants. Room Temp 98

restorative yoga

Restorative yoga is known for leading to better sleep patterns, lower glucose levels, lower cortisol levels, better stress responses, and overall good health and metabolism! In our one-hour Restorative class, melt away the stresses of the work week by relaxing into supportive poses. Each pose is held for 5-20 minutes to bring maximum relaxation. Turn off the fight-or-flight reaction and turn on rest-and-digest response. It's a great way to round out your yoga practice.

yin yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time—five minutes or longer per pose is typical. The aim of Yin Yoga is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. Yin Yoga poses are also designed to improve the flow of qi. (The subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body.) Yin Yoga is a complementary practice to balance the effects of more active forms of yoga and exercise.
